Gender Discussion Question

Q First, think of the most stereotypical "masculine" bed you can (e.g., one in the shape of a race car or football). If your daughter wanted that stereotypical “masculine” bed, would you be comfortable with her having it? Why or why not? Would the age of the child make a difference? What if your son wanted the most stereotypical “feminine” bed you can imagine (e.g., a princess bed with a pink canopy)? Would you be comfortable with him having it? Why or why not? Would the age of the child make a difference?
